Brad Taylor
Born and raised in Arizona, Brad completed his Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Finance from Arizona State University in 2003. He immediately joined his family’s catering and event company and worked his way up to VP of Sales and Finance, overseeing the sale and acquisition of several companies along his 20-year career there. After successfully selling the company, he exited the business to pursue his insurance career. Winning numerous awards with Liberty Mutual and its subsidiaries, Brad decided to branch off on his own to create Taylor Insurance Brokers in 2023 as an independent insurance agency in Chandler, AZ. He is the founder and Chairman of the board of Lily’s Pad Arizona, a non-profit focusing on giving sick children back their childhood through play, which opened in Tempe, August 2023. His personal battle with insurance companies during his daughter’s medical battle has led him to understanding the difficulties customers face with the major carriers and is the reason he became an independent broker. “I pick up my phone, return my emails, and bridge the customer service gap that customers deserve. In the middle of my daughters fight with cancer I spent countless hours on the phone and wished I had an agent to call.”
Jose Lopez
Born in 1999, Jose began shaping his future early, earning his bachelor’s technical degree in accounting in 2017. As his career progressed, Jose discovered a deep interest in the insurance industry, where he has now been working since 2022. In early 2024, Jose took a significant step forward by joining Taylor Insurance Brokers LLC. This opportunity not only broadened his professional scope but also contributed to his personal growth. Jose continues to challenge himself, seeking improvement in every area of his life with the goal of delivering the best possible experience to the clients he serves.

I am a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent with 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, and I truly love what I do. Outside of work, I’m a mom of boys and call Arizona Rim Country home. My family and I enjoy life on our small farm, where we stay busy and appreciate the value of hard work and community. I also love to travel and spend time making memories with my family. Those experiences shape how I approach my work—grounded, people-focused, and committed to protecting what matters most.
